You do not need to own team fortress 2 in order to play as them as they were added for all players for free. Players cannot trigger them when they are dead and or spectating during a round. Also i would be fine with them reusing lines from tf2 or getting the pyro voice actor again would be neato. No way would they get the voice actor to speak mufffled lines for kf2.
